For the last couple of years JanSport has taken several 5×15 foot canvases to the Bonnaroo concert and let people contribute to a line of custom backpacks. I implemented the Flash site that let people view the canvases, including zooming in, and tagging their artwork. The first version was put together for 2009, with an update for summer of 2010 with some additional features. Check out the 2009 and 2010 versions.
